Responsibilities and Requirements : Proactively manage project issues and assignments. Run meetings on a consistent basis. 2. Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost effective manner. 3. Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all Schwab and JLL technology as required for assigned projects. 4. Ability and experience in reading and understanding construction documents and leases. 5. Ability to multi task on multiple projects that happen simultaneously. 6. Establish project schedules, run meetings and report on project status to client on a weekly basis. 7. Put work scope together with vendors for each project and submit bids and contracts for client approval. 8. Work with Client and JLL finance group to ensure budgets, PO and invoices processes are done accurately and timely. 9. . Manage accounts receivables according to the guidelines and requirements Account manager. 10. Comply with all Jones Lang LaSalle and Client policies and procedures, including but not limited to ethics and business practice. Associate or Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution in Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management strongly preferred or on the job experience in construction and project work. 1-2 years of practical experience in a project administration position required Experience in construction management or real estate preferred Highly organized with strong analytical skills Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level internal clients Organizational skills with the ability to identify and manage priorities Equal Employment Opportunity
