Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

Responsibilities and Requirements : As a Black Belt, the right resource will partner with assigned practice groups to drive process improvement and design to better meet client needs; this partnership can take the form of leadership, execution, mentoring or education. The Black Belt will also assist with the development of a center of operational excellence infrastructure, including scorecard/dashboard development. Primary Black Belt responsibilities include but are not limited toDrive broad, complex initiatives using the framework to deliver corporate initiatives and critical process improvementsLead project-based process work directly with the businesses to develop and improve prioritized Help develop and maintain scorecards and dashboardsCollaborate with practice groups impacted by and responsible for running the processes3+ years related experience in business process improvement leveraging a formal methodology such as Six Sigma and LeanBachelor degree in Business at a minimumSix Sigma Black Belt certificationExperienced in statistical analysis applied to business process management, using software such as MinitabEffective collection and analysis.
