Responsibilities and Requirements : Summary Oversee the day to day engineering operations which include; problem solving, programming issues, continuous improvement, Lean, and tooling Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide Technical advice and support to facility Initiate process routings and controls Design and assign and control new tooling and fixturing Facilitate programming of CNC Machines Initiate and implement continuous improve projects, including cycle time reduction, flow, scrap reduction, set-up time improvement and downtime improvement Identify and implement poke-yokes for machining or assembly Coordinate and perform problem solving on production floor Review cost estimates Support and participate in Cameron Quality System Initiate part process improvements and document changes Support Lean initiatives / Education/ B.S. in Engineering. Five (5) plus years manufacturing experience. Lean implementation experience.
