About Position:
The magazine is currently hiring for the position of Territory Manager. The Territory Manager is responsible for helping Employers in the assigned territory to find the best talent by establishing a working relationship with those Employers.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities for this position include:
1- Contacting our clients on the phone (Leads provided) and educate / enroll clients on the Best Jobs Magazine Services.
2- Attending Career Events and meet with clients.
3- Helping to develop & train staff in new territories.
4- Utilizing innovative marketing strategies to promote the Affiliate program in each territory.
We Require:
1- Self motivation with great enthusiasm.
2- A leader with a positive attitude and the ability to develop and train staff.
3- Creative with the ability to contribute ideas to effectively build the assigned territory.
4- Excellent phone skills and the ability to conduct organized follow up is a MUST.
5- Excellent computer skills.
6- Must possess a functional home office.
We Offer:
1- Up to 30% of revenue generated from the assigned territory.
2- Territory ownership or District Management advancement options after 90 days.
3- Benefits and insurance package after 90 days.
4- Territory ownership is a six figure income position.
