Role/Job Profile
Provide support that includes at least the following activities:
1. Support Sales team for any Technical and Sales enquiries.
2. Assist Customers in designing and architecting the most cost effective solution.
3. Coordination and setup of any Pilot project.
4. Onsite implementation/System Installation.
5. Co-ordinate with production teams to meet Project deadlines.
6. Familiar with SAT, UAT procedures.
7. Require thorough Documentation for all the above activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. University Graduate with majors in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 2 years of relevant Technical Support and customer. interaction experience.
3. Strong IT/Computer Knowledge, Microsoft environment, Networking, System Installation, etc.
4. System diagnostic and Troubleshooting skills.
5. Able to travel – domestic or overseas.
Skills:
1. Good communications skills (both oral and written).
2. Ability to perform unsupervised.
3. Excellent customer interaction skills.
4. CCTV / Video streaming / image processing Knowledge is preferred.
