PRODUCTION SUPERVISORS – Aspirants may come from BS Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering fields of study with minimum 5 years work experience. Computer literate, team players and willing to work on shifts. The right man we seek must strictly come from Cable Manufacturing Firms.
ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS – Candidates must be BS E.E. graduates, preferably licensed with manufacturing plant experience of at least 5 years experience (ideally from wire and cable firms). Must be knowledgeable(hands-on) in repairing, troubleshooting, installing, testing, loop-checking and configuration of systems.
MECHANICAL ENGINEERS – We seek BS M.E. graduates, preferably licensed with manufacturing plant experience of at least 5 years(ideally wire and cable firms). Must be knowledgeable(hands-on) in the various phases of repair, preventive maintenance, inspection and testing of mechanical systems.
DIE SHOP SUPERVISOR – Aspirants we seek must be BS M.E. graduates with 5 years work experience in fabrication of extrusion tooling, dies for wire drawing machine and dies for assembly line. Must be capable to drive the die shop without supervision.
ELECTRICAL TECHNICIANS – Aspirants we seek must be Electrical Technology/Trade Course graduates with at least 5 years (ideally from wire and cable firms) work experience. Must be adept in repairing, troubleshooting, testing various electrical, electromechanical and electronics/instrumentation correlated systems of a manufacturing plant.
MECHANICAL TECHNICIANS – We are in search of Mechanical Technology/Trade Course graduates with at least 5 years (ideally from wire and cable firms) work experience. Must be adept in repairing, testing in the various phases of repair, preventive maintenance, inspection and testing of mechanical systems(i.e. hydraulics, rotating, utilities, etc.) to include plant manufacturing machineries.
DRUM TWISTER OPERATORS – To qualify, candidates must be Trade Course/High School graduates with minimum of 5 years work and hands-on experience in operating Drum Twister Machine for Low Voltage, Circular and MV cables assembly.
STRANDING OPERATORS – To qualify, candidates must be Trade Course/High School graduates with minimum of 5 years work and hands-on experience in operating Stranding Machine, 39/B, 61/B and Central Strandars for sectors and circulars.
DRAWING LINE OPERATORS – To qualify, candidates must be Trade Course/High School graduates with minimum of 5 years work and hands-on experience in operating Draw Line Machine. Preference will be given for Rod Breakdown Operators.
CONTINUOUS VULCANIZATION LINE OPERATORS – To qualify, candidates must be Trade Course/High School graduates with minimum of 5 years work and hands-on experience in operating Extruder, LV/MV Insulation and Sheating Machine.
TURNERS – To qualify, candidates must be Trade Course/High School graduates with minimum of 5 years work and hands-on experience in operating Lathe Machine and Workshop Equipments.
