full time Technical Support Representatives – Printers (Mandaluyong)

at teleperformance in Philippines

Responsibilities:

•Handle technical support calls from established customer
•Cross sell value added services or products that are offered by the company
•Provide consistent, superior service to every customer by utilizing all available tools and resources.

Requirements:

•Graduate of any four year course or accomplished at least second year college.
•Eighteen years old and above
•Exceptional communication skills and call handling skills.
•Technical Support Call Center experience / background is a plus
•Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills
•Strong knowledge of the installation, configuration, and upgrading of hardware and software support
•Experience with MS Office products and web-based applications
•Proficiency in problem solving, decision making and multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
•Must be willing to start immediately


Teleperformance Mandaluyong – Greenfield, EDSA Recruitment Office is located at the Level 3 MS303 EDSA Central Pavilion (beside MRT Shaw), Mandaluyong City.
Mondays - Saturdays 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
