•Provide clear written assistance and provide excellent customer service solutions to users via in-game chat and email
•Utilize all available tools and resources to provide consistent, world class service

•Strong written and verbal skills in English
•Strong background or knowledge of the technical aspect behind gaming and computer usage and troubleshooting
