Job Hiring : Assistant to the Manager

Job Description: The job of an assistant manager brings with it a plethora of challenges, that require a thorough understanding of the basic management skills. The work and responsibilities of a manager, in particular an assistant manager, are basically to apply the management skills, by adopting a methodology that garners profit for the firm/company and also builds a goodwill for the company, in the form of customers. The assistant manager is also expected to act as a liaison between the senior manager and the various teams that are working to achieve a common objective. Assistant managers are a part of almost every business enterprise. There would hardly be any firm, where an assistant manager is not recruited. In the growing competitive business environment, every firm needs people having multi-tasking ability and so the assistant manager jobs are always in demand.
Qualification: Experience at least 1 to 3 Years, Knows how to speak ,read and write in English. College graduate, Good communication skills, Knowledgeable in marketing, accounting, graphic design or web design
