Who are we looking for?

We are looking for Cantonese Speaking Call Center Agents to provide customer support for one of our clients, an industry leader in the mobile entertainment industry. The candidate must also be able to speak English. We will provide excellent compensation to those who will qualify.

What will you do?

  • Handle all incoming customer support inquiries
  • Effectively manage customer interaction, identify needs and offer a solution.
  • Tech-savvy and knowledgeable about mobile entertainment and social media (such as Twitter, Facebook)
