Requirements for ORACLE HRMS FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT:
Desired Candidate Profile

· Excellent knowledge of Standard business process flows in Oracle HRMS suite and related modules.

· Excellent knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite Implementation methodology (AIM) and experience in documenting deliverables (Requirement Gathering, GAPS, Functional Solution, Test Plan etc)

· Sound knowledge of technology architecture (HRMS Schema) and

ability to design high level custom solution using Forms, Reports, PL-SQL, Workflow, Interfaces, Discoverer.

Job Description

Candidate must have total 6 to 8 years of experience with atleast two end-to-end implementations in Oracle HRMS suite.

Should have excellent communication skill & ability to work with diverse business groups.
