- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies Administration/Management or equivalent.
- 30-40 years old
- At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience as Sales Manager in real estate industry and selling of ready for occupancy units. Preferably with an existing sales network of agents
- Experienced in managing a team and in supervisory skills
- Functional knowledge of sales & marketing is essential.
- Literacy in software applications is necessary.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to be assigned in Quezon City
