- College graduate, preferably psychology, behavioral or business degree
- With experience in a local recruitment agency doing head-hunting for clients
- With very good aptitude in CV (resume) evaluation and matching skills
- Articulate, can work well with existing and incoming client companies
- With profit sharing scheme
- Willing to work in Quezon City (near Trinoma/SM North)
