Part Time Office Administration Assistant

We are looking for a dynamic Part Time Office Administration Assistant for an entry level position. The hours for this position are Monday –Friday from 7:30 am until 12:00 (end time is flexible).
Our ideal candidate is well organized, has good communication skills and is very friendly. We are also looking for someone who pays close attention to detail and is focused on customer service.
Job duties include:
• Greeting people.
• Answering phones.
• Stocking and maintaining supplies on a daily basis.
• Inventory management.
• Preparing domestic and international shipments.
• Basic computer skills including managing emails and using Word and Excel.
Additional computer skills are an asset
