Sr. QA/QC Engineer with 6 years experience in manufacturing of pressure vessels (U stamp Vessels), storage tanks, piping and structural jobs. The candidate should be a Mechanical Engineer / Diploma holder with level II certificate in NDT testing and should have through knowledge of relevant ASME Code books and welding and good communication skills.
QHSE Manager with 10 years experience in manufacturing of pressure vessels (U stamp Vessels), storage tanks, piping and structural jobs. The candidate should be a Mechanical Engineer / Diploma holder with level II certificate in NDT testing and should have through knowledge of relevant ASME Code books and welding and good communication skills. Should independently manage ISO 9001,14000,18000 and ASME systems.
Safety Officer with 2 years experience in fabrication industry. Candidate should have undergone safety trainings, should be a certified first aid personnel and any other QHSE related trainings preferred.
Steel Fabricators: 10 years experience in fabrication of Pressure vessels, storage tanks, piping jobs and structural jobs. Should be well versed in reading drawings
Requirement: 4 no.
Grit Blasters: 10 years experienced blasters with exposure to Steel grit blasting as per SA 2.5 and 3. Blasters who has worked on pressure vessels and piping jobs preferred
Requirement: 1 no.
Airless Spray Painters: with 10 years experience in pressure vessels, structural jobs and piping. Prior experience of painting offshore structures preferred.
Requirement: 1 no.
Riggers: 5 years experienced riggers with prior experience in fabrication industry who can do tack welding and grinding.
Hydraulic Rolling Machine Operator: 10 years’ experience in operating hydraulic rolling machine to form shells and cones of high wall thickness.
Requirement: 1 no.
Grinders: Professional grinders who can grind steel plates and various sections and experience back gouging of welds with minimum of 5 years’ experience
Requirement: 4 no.
