QUALIFICATIONS:





Must have bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field from a reputable college or university
Must have at least two (2) years of experience in actual HR operation(s), including but not limited to: recruitment, organizational studies and planning, compensation and benefits, training and development, and/or the general aspects of the Human Resource Management function in a fast-paced work environment
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills; experience in writing newsletters and other forms of corporate communications, preferable.
Loves interacting with and knows how to manage, inspire, and get the most out of people in various professional levels and from differentcultural backgrounds
Team player, highly organized, values-oriented, creative, and can work with minimum supervision
This is a full-time position and requires the applicant's willingness to report to offices in Makati and Manggahan, Pasig City, and possibly to do some field work to observe staff in stores and/or conduct training.
