MIN 3 YEARS OF ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE
Full sets of accounts
GST submission
Financial reporting
Cash flow forecasting
Budgeting
Audit schedules
Liaise with auditors & banks
Tax calculation
Accounting reporting
Payroll management
Financial planning
Submit monthly CPF submission
Invoice, tender and DO

OR


2.Admin
MIN 3 YEARS ADMIN EXPERIENCE
Manage administrative functions within department to include recruitment etc
Experience in applying work and training pass in Ministry of Manpower for foreign employees
HR support
Monthly management reports
General office duties and administrative tasks
Manage the internal and external mail functions
Provide telephone support
Mail company products
Invoice, tender and DO

ATTRIBUTES

Singaporeans or Malaysian PRs welcome
Open to all ages

Employees will work on Tues and Thurs, 9am to 6pm from Jan 2012.
