Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or personally, handle and resolve customer complaints, perform customer verifications and obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
• Preferably female; 30-38 yrs old
• Graduate of Com. Arts / Mass Com. or its equivalent
• Preferably 1-4 yrs. Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
• Has managerial experience in Call centers or experienced in an online gaming is an advantage
