at U in Romania
Large international trading company in the field of construction fasteners is looking for a director of Romanian branch in Bucharest. Company is currently working on a Romanian market. Main responsibilities includes monitoring the activity of the Romanian sales department, active sales, new clients search, negotiations, planning company work and so on.
Requirements:
1. University degree in business management (or similar)
2. Not less then 3-5 years experience in sales on the Romanian market, preferable in construction sector.
3. Good knowledge of at least one language - English or Russian.
4. Successful team leadership for at least 20 people.
5. Experience of managing a company with a turnover not less than a 3 million $ per year.
6. Negotiation skills, responsibility, self-discipline, orientation for results.
7. Driving licence and the ability to travel across the country.
Company offers:
1. Stable salary and good bonus system depending on sales results.
2. Good work conditions in an office in Bucharest.
