REQUIREMENTS:

* With minimum one year BPO experience * Graduate of any four year course. * Familiar with B2B and B2C operations * With an interest in the hospitality and travel industry * Able to multi-task * Flexible, trainable and a fast learner

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* provide customer service to travel agencies and individual clients * provide solutions to customer queries * with excellent customer service skills * with pleasing personality * willing to go the extra mile!
