We are looking for an Marketing & Research Executive, The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of executive as well as marketing support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the Executive and Marketing challenges of supporting an office of diverse people and marketing programs. The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability and attention to detail are equally important.
Job Description
Strong organization and planning skills
Strong Macro as well as micro level research skills, preferably in a retail environment
Excellent written and verbal communication in English is a must
Ability to work in an independent but focused environment
Ability to work on multiple projects at one time
Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Good Knowledge of Marketing Techniques
Proven experience in marketing and promotion. Mac design skills a must.
Excellent travel planning and meeting and small conference organizational skills
Must be comfortable with coordination with marketing agencies
Passion for fashion, retail design and shopping centers is a must.

Requirements
University degree with Marketing Major or Relevant Experience.
Effective Power point presentation skills, Multi media skills using MAC.
Social Media personality.
Capable of writing reports, procedures and business correspondence.
Knowledge of marketing principles.

Should have product & customer awareness.
Highly self-motivated individual
Well built skills in organization, prioritization and time management.
Candidates with UAE RETAIL Experience is MUST.
