Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:Serves as the merchandising and product launch support expert for assigned product lines.Initiates, defines, and manages all launch collateral projects for assigned product lines including writing creative briefs, and managing development through content review and completion.Collaborates with Product Management, Sales and Regional Product Management, and Legal to ensure accuracy of copy, specifications, legal marks, etc. for all materials produced.Develops project schedules and ensures deadlines are met.Provides direction and leadership to vendors, agencies, and internal creative staff to ensure appropriate creative development, execution, production, and timely delivery of all materials.Responsible for all internal project management or vendor management if applicable, price negotiations, project timelines, review schedules, and obtaining budget and content approvalsMaintains launch materials for existing products ensuring all materials are accurate and up to date.Ensures materials uphold brand standards and present a consistent brand image in line with corporate goals.Fulfill responsibilities under ISO 9001 and 14001; understand and fully support IS0 system.Fulfill responsibilities under OHSAS 18001, understand and fully support 18001 system.Maintain a safe and clean work environment.Understand and follow company rules and regulations.Perform all other duties as assigned and required.
Requirements:Undergraduate degree (BA/BS)2-3 years of experience in a marketing role with experience creating marketing deliverables including product specification sheets, sales tools, interactive content, or merchandising.Preference given to marketing experience with consumer products sold through retail channels.Detail orientation with exceptional proofing and reviewing skills.Excellent organization and project management capabilities with ability to juggle multiple projects at once, keep programs on schedule, while maintaining the highest quality for marketing deliverables.Customer orientation and team player attitude who exhibits strong collaboration and partnering skills.
