QUALIFICATION:
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business or Organization Development.

Good employee relations skills
Executive Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards
Knowledge on Labor Laws and Relevant Regulations
Language Skills
Excellent in English Communication Skills as well as in Filipino
WORK INFO
-Can shoulder responsibilities such as recruitment, training, development, employee counseling and performance management.
-Constant touch with the employees of the company. She/he provides advice to the staff, supervisors and trains them in various aspects. She/he has to coordinate the process of recruiting and training. He needs to conduct employee performance reviews and should also inform the employees about the company policies. The need to keep employees informed in order to facilitate decision making is also one of the prime functions of the human resource manager.
