Senior Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition / IT Staffing

Task:
Work together with our in In-charge of Recruitment for contract staffing division of our company, Sun-IT
Location:
Offshore unit at Hyderabad – India

Responsibilities:
Full life-cycle recruitment comprising sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates; coordinating and executing interviews, maintaining candidate/client
communication; and designing, negotiating and closing job offer packages.
Fast paced, high volume recruiting and placement through creating and posting ads on internet and other mediums, utilizing research, telephone cold calling, personal networking, internal/external sourcing, candidate database queries, Internet mining.
Build an active pipeline of potential candidates for current and future needs.
Interact with various departments including Sales, Immigration and Offshore Recruiting departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth workflow
Assist with company’s administrative and operational tasks as per management’s request
Manage one or more recruiters as requested by management
Organize and participate in meetings and conference calls
Job Qualifications/Skills:
Must have 3+ years of Technical Recruitment experience in either US or in India
Must have GREAT COMMUNICATION skills manditory
Experience recruiting IT / Oracle / SAP candidates preferred but not a must
Must have solid persuasion skills, ability to coach, motivate and guide candidates
