Sewing Manager 40-45k salary for a huge garment manufacturing firm in Laguna

Salary would be 40k-45k. Please see below qualifications.
Ø Graduate of B.S. Industrial Engineering course.
Ø With years of solid experience in managing a Sewing plant.
Ø Must have a strong leadership
Ø Must have good background on planning and quality procedures
Ø Must be organized, focused, pro-active, analytical and team player.
