Qualifications:
1. Has bachelor degree or above; Female 22-35 years old
2. Proficient in Mandarin speaking, listening, reading and writing;
3. 2 years or more customer service work experience, customer service quality assurance work experience is preferred
4. Good written and oral communication skills
5. Serious and responsible in work, must have patience
6. Strong communication and coordination ability, good team spirit, able to work under pressure
7. Familiar with Windows Office software
