HR COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS MANAGER for a Huge reputable construction firm in the Philippines. Competitive Salary. Very stable company. Direct Hire

Qualifications
Male or female
30-45 years old
Bachelor’s degree
Practical know-how not only based on performance but more importantly, based on individual competency
Familiarity with the concept of competency-based compensation program(CBCP)
Preferably with experience or exposure or knowledge on the dynamics and methodology of CBCP.
Critical thinking and reasoning to investigate the strengths and weaknesses of the present compensation package
Ability to detect areas that need to be changed or modified
Working knowledge in the recruitment and selection (hiring)process.
