Inbound Customer Service Representative- Urgent Hiring
at Stargroup Executive Search Inc. in Philippines
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Process calls to effectively meet customer needs within established productivity goals and turnaround times
• Follow established guidelines in providing customers accurate information using various system tools.
• Meet the service, quality and quantity standards set by Management
• Update client information on the system as required
• Escalate issues to Management to ensure customer expectations are met when standard procedures are inadequate in meeting specific needs
• Demonstrate sensitivity, empathy, responsiveness and creativity to ensure customer satisfaction
• Network throughout the organization to engage supporting units in delivering solutions
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Must be BS graduate / 2-yr vocational course graduate or at least 2 years in college.
· Must have strong sense of customer service.
· Fresh graduates and shifters from other industries are welcome to apply
· Must have good comprehension skills.
· Must have the ability to withstand call center pressure.
· Must be willing to work in Global City, Taguig area and on shifting schedules.
· Must be willing to start IMMEDIATELY!!!
· Call center experience is an advantage, but not required.
