Role: UNIX System Administrator
Type: Contract / Consulting
Duration: 6 months initial ( long term project )
Location: Eastwood or Pioneer
Salary: Open / Negotiable

Responsibilities:
• Administer and maintain UNIX servers and OS
• Plan, test and document Linux disaster recovery process
• To support the technical administration and day to day operations
• System monitoring and administration
• Supports new projects, OS installations, upgrades, patches and creation of document
• Perform regular scrap process of faulty hardware and equipment
• Perform back up management and troubleshoot issues
• Responsible for system/server reports
Requirements:
• Diploma / Degree in any IT related discipline
• At least 3 years of experience with Linux OS or Unix or Sun
• Knowledge on Oracle database administration
• Possess strong technical and problem-solving skills
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
