Responsibilities *Design and implement Business Productivity applications *Have a passion for quality and writing clean, solid, readable code that scales and performs well *Adopt, embrace, and promote agile and test-driven practices with your peers *Analyze, design and develop test cases and implement automated test suites *Contribute to the analysis of functional requirements *Participate and promote architectural initiatives, balancing long-term velocity with short-term customer needs
Experience/Skills Required *Solid understanding of Object-Oriented design and programming concepts *Professional Experience with Java and SQL programming in the middle and back end tiers *Track record of being a top performer in their current and past software development roles.
Experience/Skills Desired *Strong experience in both the front-end web tier (JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, DHTML, CSS, and cross-browser development) and back end (Java, SQL) software development *Advanced knowledge of SQL and understanding of relational databases *Strong understanding of XML, DOM, and other W3C standards *Experience building Software as a Service (SaaS) applications *Experience with Agile software development and TDD (Test Driven Development methodologies) *CRM domain knowledge
Education *Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
