SEO Manager for a multinational IT firm in Makati. VERY URGENT. PREFERABLY CAN START ASAP
About the role:
The Online Marketing Team leader or Manager will be responsible for heading a new teamof Search Engine Optimization (SEO) specialists, copy writers and client servicing staff in VMA. In this role, he/ she will handle all aspects of the team including: process management, SEO operations, staff training, hiring and client reporting. This position requires an independent team leader who has a proven track record in establishing business processes and team management. The applicant should ideally have experience in online marketing.
Responsibilities:
Drive and execute VMA’s product linestrategy
Develop and implement procedures and processes for the various online marketing product lines including handling sales enquiries, staff training, client reporting, client management, and client acquisition
Manage the online marketing team and ensure that efficiency and productivity is achieved for each process
Refine existing online marketing processes to ensure clients’ objectives are met
Set goals, track, report and evaluate business performance of functionality once implemented
Review business performance regularly and optimize to achieve targets
Use ever-increasing online marketing knowledge and research to develop and recommend new product lines and strategies to management
Requirements:
PREFERABLY CAN START ASAP.
Bachelors degree or equivalent
At least 3 to 5 years experience in Business Management, Online Marketing with hands-on experience
Proven track record of successfully managing teams to deliver end results
Experience in setting up processes and workflow to deliver end results
Experience with Senuke
Highly motivated with ability to thrive in a fluid, demanding, fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management / prioritization skills
Demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving abilities -initiative to dig into the 'why' of various results and identify reasons for changes in performance
Outstanding verbal, written communication and presentation skills in English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
