Production Senior Supervisor for a huge Manufacturing Firm. Very Urgent. Direct Hire (BATAAN)
Responsibilities:
To ensure the following:
• Leadership of people
• Implementation of Work Instructions
• Safety & 6S
• Control of Process parameters & other production related activities
• Proactive analysis of daily shift result, implement actions to attain continuous improvement
• Propose improvements to cut down production cost
Position's Mission: To meet if not exceed Targets set by Management in terms of defined Key Performance Indicators
REQUIRED:
? College graduate preferably of an engineering course
? With at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing set-up
? Preferably with knowledge in Problem Solving tools
? With good communication skills, oral & written
? With strong leadership and decision making ability, analytical, a team player & can handle work pressure
Preferably knowledgeable in:
1. Six Sigma
2. Lean Manufacturing
3. Different problem solving tools
4. 7 QC tools
5. ISO/OHSAS/EMS
