IT COMPUTER HARDWARE TECHNICIANS
Diploma or degree in IT Technician with sound knowledge in computer hardware maintenance including monitors, printers, power supplied. Installation, configuration configuration of Microsoft OS and applications, knowledge on Networking LAN and WAN. Experience in Apple Macintosh will be preferred.
ELECTRICIANS
Diploma degree in Electrical & Electronics with sound knowledge in generator, UPS system, should be able to read and understand electrical diagrams, drawing. Building Maintenance System, electronics and telephone systems, fire alarm system. Should have experience in building or industrial technicians.
HVAC TECHNICIANS
Diploma or degree in Refrigeration and AC with sound knowledge in Refrigeration and AC principles, electrical and electronics, able to read and understand schematic diagrams and drawings, Building Maintenance System and Knowledge in control systems.
GARDENERS
Taking indoor and outdoor plants within corporate building, knowledge with irrigation system, controlling of water timers.
HOUSEKEEPING FOREMEN
Must have knowledge in housekeeping including supervising corporate building with computer knowledge.
GRAPHIC DESIGNERS
Diploma or Degree in Graphic design with experience in designing newspaper ads, sound knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and In-design.
