oral english teacher need in wenzhou language school asap

We are looking for english teacher for a children language school in pingyang town of wenzhou city, zhejiang province.
It is a one year contract start in asap
Monthly salary:6000RMB plus 500RMB as perfect attendance award plus performance award (about 3000RMB per month (teacher who have over one year teaching experience)
5500RMB plus 500RMB as perfect attendance award plus performance award (about 3000RMB per month (teacher who have none teaching experience)
You will have 25 teaching hours, no office time per week.
You will get 300RMB per month as apartment subsidy
You will get 3000RMB as international roundtrip flight tickets allowance
Students age:5 to 14 years old.
Working visa, foreigner expert certificate and residence permit provided.
Requirements:
25-60 years old;
Native English speakers from USA, UK, Australia, Canada
4-year university/college degree or higher.
At least 2-year experiences of teaching
