Litigation Associate The candidate must have 5-7 years of solid experience and stable work history preferably with a large regional or national firm who has received outstanding training and has experience in as many of the following areas as possible: drafting and arguing dispositive motions, managing discovery in complex commercial litigation settings, taking and defending depositions, and first or second chair trial work. Experience with insolvency matters and credentials from a top 50 law school are preferred. Proven research and writing skills, exceptional analytical ability, attention to detail, and the ability to begin supporting clients and other attorneys immediately and effectively are required.
