full time Contract Administration Engineer

1. Review and check contracts and subcontracts documents, Provision of comments/impacts.
2. Preparing subcontracts, order for services, Equipment and manpower hiring.
3. Identify, review and prepare variations/change request for order, Claims for projects.
4. Helping and receiving feedback from Project Manager for reviewing contract documents.
5. Review and check the invoices, Finalize accounts & completing certificates.
6. Attending meetings with external client and subcontractors, reviewing the contract, coordinating for meeting and provision of feedback.
7. Preparing monthly reports, Updating status for Contract.
8. Preparing application for contractual deliverables to execute project & assisting in Analysis and evaluation of commercial
9. Preparing and drafting contractual correspondences and following the QA procedures
