SOFT SERVICE MANAGERS
Must have min. 5 years similar experience gained in a service provider company for government buildings, schools, offices, towers, etc.

BMS/Control Technicians
Must have min. of 3 years maintenance experience of Honeywell BMS System.

MULTI-SKILLED TECHNICIANS
Must have min. of 5 years relevant experience. Must be able to work on all building HVAC systems including AHUs, FCUs, AC, fire alarm, generators, 220 and 440v 3 phase electrical, hot and cold water systems, pumps, extract systems, etc. All of which will be within a building maintenance environment.

AC TECHNICIANS
Must have min. of 5 years relevant experience in split window and package units working on a variety of different manufacturers equipment. Must be ble to carry out maintenance, vacuum, charge gas, braze leak’s, fault find and work on own initiative to repair and install.

ELECTRICIANS
Must have min. of 5 years relevant experience. Must be able to work on all building HVAC systems including AHUs, FCUs, AC, fire alarm, generators, 220 and 440v 3 phase electrical, hot and cold water systems, pumps, extract systems, etc. All of which will be within a building maintenance environment.

HEAVY BUS DRIVERS
Must have UAE License, endorsed for heavy bus, current or expired.

LIFEGUARDS
Young and physically fit with appropriate certification on lifesaving and first aid from a recognized certification body.

MAINTENANCE PLUMBERS
Must have min. 5 years maintenance experience in large/high rise buildings (i.e. hot and cold water systems, sanitation, etc.)

SALES ENGINEERS
Must have min. 3 years experience gained in a fire protection industry. Must have knowledge of fire Alarm Systems.

PROJECT ENGINEERS
Must have min. 3 years execution experience. Must have knowledge of fire fighting/fire alarm systems.

DOCUMENT CONTROLLERS
Must have min. of 3 years experience gained in a fire protection industry.

AUTOCADD DRAFTSMEN
Must have min. of 3 years experience gained in a fire protection industry.

PIPE FITTERS (FIRE EQUIPMENT)
Must have min. 3 years experience gained in a fire protection industry.

FIRE ALARM CABLING EXPERTS
Must have 3 years of experience in a fire protection industry.
