Expert-level knowledge of DHTML, CSS And JavaScript and very strong experience in others Strong experience with ASP/JSP/PHP or similar service side scripting language Proven ability to work with all members of a extended and diverse project team Experience architecting content and file structure for Content Management Systems Must be detail orientated, self-organized and capable of simultaneously tracking multiple issues of varying complexity Hands-on structured programming exper4ience Management experience with teams of 5+ developers Experience managing remote teams desirable Excellent communication skills to technical and non technical audiences 5-7years of web development, including DHTML, CSS and JavaScript 3-5 years experience with ASP/JSP/PHP or other serve side scripting language 2+ years of experience managing technical development teams Experience with CMS systems strongly desired Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to use experience to quickly and efficiently troubleshoot issues Experience drafting requirements and functional specifications Experience interpreting and translating business requirements into technical requirements.
