Responsibilities :

• As overall head of Test Engineering, the selected candidate will be responsible to develop and manage the test engineering department to support the company’s operations in PCB assembly and Box Build operations. He/She is also responsible to lead a large team of test engineering professionals towards new test technology and failure analysis techniques.

Requirements :

• Candidates should preferably be electronics/electrical engineers from premier institutes and must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in test engineering function in leading electronics manufacturing companies.

• Exposure to working in US multinationals – either OEMs or EMS providers – would be preferred.

• Strong exposure to high volume PCB Assembly and Box Build operations, preferably in telecom equipment sector

• They must demonstrate proven leadership and man-management skills; ability to adapt to rapid changes; strong business focus; an innovative, solution-oriented approach; and excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in English is essential.
