Quality Assurance Representatives for PIONEER ACCOUNT
at Aspire IT in Metro Manila, Philippines
Job Responsibilities:
- Performs call monitoring and provides trend data to site management team.
- Provides feedback to call center team leaders and managers.
- Coordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions for the team.
- Monitor/audit each assigned associate in accordance with the company and client requirements.
- Track progress of individual associates; recommend performance action plans for associates who are not meeting established standards.
- Work with supervisors and management to ensure that all associates are meeting quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Candidate's must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field or completed at least 2 years in college
- At least 1-4 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a call center environment. .
- At least 1 year QA Experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Flexible
