We are seeking a professional Order Entry / Customer Service Clerk who takes the initiative for creating a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
• Enter daily orders quickly and accurately into computer system
• Manage customer inquiries
• Prepare customer invoices
• Process credit card payments
• General administrative duties (sending MSDS, Tech data sheets)
• Generate daily sales reports for management
Requirements:
• 1 yr Order Entry and Customer Service experience
• Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
• Quick and accurate computer and data entry skills
• Superior organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task
