Manager-Operational Excellence

Strategy, Planning and Policy
Assist in developing the Group’s operational excellence framework and specifically the Groups’ quality management philosophy and strategy, in consultation with the Vice President Strategic Planning & Performance Management, to support the Group’s overall business strategy & objectives.
Operations
Assist in the implementation, adherence and monitoring of the Group’s quality management philosophy and ensure that it is in alignment with the required policies and procedures such as the Health Safety and Environment standard.
Establish a common framework for Group wide policies and procedures such that they are standardised wherever possible, easily accessible and user friendly.
Establish a program including a standard framework and governance process for defining policies and procedures, continuous review of the existing policies and procedures manual, identify gaps and/or inefficiencies, ensure alignment with business and long term strategy and provide recommendations for improvement using best practice tools and methodologies.
Education-BE/BTech and MBA with 10-12 years of experience
