Sales and Marketing Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Responsible for sales, new business development, account management, and the formulation of sales strategies to ensure continued business growth. *Responsible for lead generation, cold calling/telemarketing, prospecting, and properly qualifying prospects (identifying restaurants, hotels, spas, events, etc. and calling these business to getting them excited about being featured on the site). *Responsible for client presentation, field work from time to time. *Be able to work with partners to create an attractive “best deal” promotion to the site members. *Prepares quotations and creative proposals, packaging products and services that will best serve the client’s needs. *Efficient coordination with other departments/team to launch the promotion for our partners. *Maintains good customer relationships during pre-sales and post-sales activities. *Prepares sufficient and accurate documentation on all matters related to partners (marketing materials). *Submit Sales Report.
REQUIREMENTS:
*Must be Female. *Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field. *A minimum of 3 years experience. Preferably in marketing, advertising, credit card member privileges and/or loyalty programs. *Knowledgeable in online marketing is an advantage. *Proven self-starter and with the natural ability to work with little guidance. *Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills. *Believes in providing great client service. *Good command of written English language. *Must be resourceful. *Must be internet savvy. *Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint). *Self-motivated, goal oriented, and assertive. *Hardworking, highly organized and good with time management. *Must have the ability to deal with people of all levels.
