For our client, a world-known company, we are looking for candidates for a full-time job (home based, on freelance basis) based in Singapore.
JOB
• Creates and maintains a healthy environment for customers to post and answer technical support questions.
• Removes and edits posts that are against stated terms of use.
• Corresponds with customers who require redirection.
• Suggests strategies to improve our customer service on the client's discussion forums.
• Works with Community Manager to devise and implement strategies to improve our customer service on the client's discussion forums.
• Works to correct behavior of disruptive members.
• Requires working non-standard hours.
• 40 hours / week.
SKILLS
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Efficient, self-directed and detail-oriented work habits.
• Working knowledge of Mac OS.
• Familiarity with basic web technologies a plus.
