QA Representatives for a PIONEER ACCOUNT!

We are in need Quality Assurance Representatives
for a PIONEER ACCOUNT!!!
Earn as much as 28K Basic Pay! (depending on skills and experience)
DAYSHIFT!

JOB DESCRIPTION
monitor phone calls to ensure that agents are providing excellent customer service and standards of the company are met
measure and gauge all activities of call center employees; tracks progress of agents' performance
provides training/recommendation for better performance, be effective and efficient in handling phone calls and gives feedback and assistance to agents
may also provide training or coaching to make sure policies and procedures are followed for quality

QUALIFICATIONS
Must have at least finished 2 years in college (any course)
At least a Senior BPO agent, handled TELCO account preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
highly analytical, with exceptional motivational and interpersonal skills
Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, The Fort
