Job Hiring: HR Specialist
at Premier BPO Inc. in Philippines
Description:
- Plays a critical role as they ensure that we are hiring the best possible talent.
- Part of her duties and responsibilities is to maintain an updated roster of participant and potential job opportunities;
- S/he also is responsible for effective and fast recruitment process both internally and externally;
- Develop and execute recruiting plans; Suggest proper media for approaching the right caliber candidates;
- Executes pre-screening and/or final face to face interviews for junior and mid level posts and supports all parties in concern with assessment;
- Executes contract of hired employees and supervise and interact closely with different teams as well as continuous follow-up with on-boarding.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-yr course; Graduate of Psychology and Behavioral Science is a plus
- At least 1 year experience in handling Recruitment
- Knowledge on Labor Laws , Compensation and Benefits
- Willing to work in Eastwood City, Libis
- Has good communication skills
- Willing to work on a graveyard shift
