Client Executive
at MNC Company in Dubai
•Required for a Multinational Company
•Bachelor's Degree with ACII preferred
•Any nationality
•Experienced in General Insurance and Broking
•Proficient in using MS Excel and other MS Office applications
•Know the client, particularly the senior decision makers. Build and maintain relationships with them
•Understand the client business and risk profile, its products, developments, structure, financial position, politics, market position and aspirations
•Determine the client risk management needs and ensure the team is fully aware of their risk philosophy
•Formulate an effective and efficient risk management programme for the client
•Ensure the effective planning, coordination, communication, delegation and motivation of the service team
•Be alert to political or other developments, which may affect our client relationship
•Adherence to the Company Standards and Procedures
•Assistant with credit control of client and underwriters accounts to ensure prompt premium payment
•Keep up to date with market and technical development
•Provide prompt and accurate technical support to clients and internal colleagues
•Identify and lead business development opportunities (revenue growth)
•Account stewardship and reporting
•Provide technical support to clients and internal where necessary
•Responding to client/prospect RFP (written and oral presentation)
