full time Admin Assistant

at Keysys Inc. in Philippines

Responsibilities:

• Checking of Inventory level of Regular items.
• Monitor and follow-up deliveries from suppliers.
• Monitor logistics personnel when loading deliverable items to the delivery truck/van.
• Coordinate with logistics and monitor delivered, retrieved, and pick-up items.
• Monitor and follow-up deliveries from suppliers.
• Canvass items, price comparison and availability.
• Prepares Purchase Orders for Regular items.
• Record incoming and outgoing Purchase Orders.
• Prepares note whenever there is a special instruction (e.g get check or encashment for items to be pick up etc.)
• Other tasks that may be assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree in any Business related studies.
• With good oral and written communication skills.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for the position.
• Highly aggressive, resourceful, proactive and solution-oriented.
• Possess excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Team player, flexible, dedicated and committed to a long term professional relationship.
