Chief Accountant
at Keysys Inc. in Philippines
Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with the manifold requirements of income taxes, sales taxes, property taxes, and payroll taxes.
• Accurate and timely preparation of managerial reports including analysis and financial commentaries affecting financial performance.
• Provide and manage the necessary systems, process and procedures for effective financial planning and control of operations.
• Ensure the achievement of collection targets and daily sales outstanding.
• Ensuring the integrity and reliability of the information system, and preventing fraud from inside and outside the business.
• Preparing financial statements and accounting reports for distribution to the business’s managers for their planning, control, and decision-making needs.
• Drafting and review of Company routines, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure that company policies are properly implemented.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy. Must be a Certified Public Accountant.
• Should have at least 3 years experience of Accounting experience in related fields.
• With strong tax background and exposure to BIR reporting requirements and filing.
• Possess excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Preferably with Quickbooks knowledge or related accounting software.
• With good oral and written communication, and negotiation skills.
• Highly aggressive, resourceful, proactive and solution-oriented.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• Team player, flexible, dedicated and committed to a long term professional relationship.
