Law graduate with good knowledge and work experience in Commercial and Corporate Laws of UAE. He/She should be well versed with drafting and review commercial contract such as sales and purchase agreement, supply agreement, MOU, disclosure agreement. Distribution agreement, facilities agreement with banks and guarantee agreements etc. Translations from Arabic to English and vice versa of Legal documents.
